I used Dupont on my blaster. Degrease, powerwash really well, and wipe down with a good wax and grease remover to remove any oil and etc. that would prevent good adhesion. Repair and sand any defects you want to show, and make sure all plastic is scuffed well with a maroon scotch brite. Use adhesion promoter made for plastics, prime...wetsand, spray automotive grade sealer, then your basecoat and finally the clear. I used a flex additive in the clear which because of the plastic, it allows the clear to flex with the plastics and not crack or break the bond from normal movement. If you dont have, or have access to these materials, it could get pretty pricey, but it is the best quality that you can have.
