to get hydo brakes on an 01..besides getting the caliper/pads/master and cable, what else do you need? if i buy a gsxr cali and get an 03 carrier would it bolt up? im gonna have a welder soon but i have no idea how to use it. so fabbing my own mount may be difficult

update: it has begun.

just won a bid for a 2004 gsxr-1000 rear caliper seen here

and banshee master, cable and pedal

all i need now is a mount for the resi and caliper, which i have plans for. maybe buy new pads b/c im sure the caliper doesnt have them or they are sh*tty.

but hey 65 bucks for hydros? yes please

does someone make the brackets for these? im tryin to come up with a bolt on bracket set up, other than the u clamp idea...something a little cleaner. i just cant weld anything to the frame

I have essentially the same caliper , I have to make a bracket yet to mount to the carrier , I used a cr125 rear brake master cylinder , I'll post some pics , as soon as I figure out how to do that
