how long will it last?

im 13 and growing 5"9 130lb and wouldnt mind puting money into my blaster but i got thinking and how long will it be b4 im cramped up on a blaster and my friends are passing me... they dont have to pay for there quads parents buy and i worked for 2 months to buy mine should i selll for a 400ex? or put money into it?

i would say keep it and make it the way u want it.. and u may want to race cut the front fenders that helps it make it feel not so cramped ..

im 6' 2 and im fine, after i cut my fenders it was good, save it and put the money into a-arms, swingarm, and spacers then it will feel bigger

I know some good sized adults who raced Blasters along with some of the big quads, and he did pretty well. there is alot of room for upgrades on these things, and you get the right to say it was your own money that made that quad what it is.

i would say keep it. it is a cheap platform to start. the upgrades are endless. i am 6-00 and 260. i made mods to my blaster to make it longer and wider and love it. i plan on putting some $$$ into my engine here soon to. i just like how easy it is to work on. what other cheap 2 stroke atv are you going to find?

you can find parts everywhere. there is a buy and sell section here on the forum. ebay is a good place to look for used parts. just google yamaha blaster parts and pages of stuff will come up.

i agree cuz if your friends are runnin 450's or somethin higher then i would sell it and get somethin bigger...cuz pretty much the only way you would even be able ts keep up is to mess with the motor and we ALL no that sh*t is expensive...

but the money u put in to get another quad could go in the blaster and make that blaster a beast

unless he goes on craigslist and finds a used one....but its watever
