if i were to change my enging in my blaster how big can i go and what are my options? 2stroke 4stroke? what do u guys think i can do... its a 2000 if that helps any. any info would be much appretiated.

the 200cc 2 stroke thats in it is a good powerplant with lots of potential. if i were you i would put a pipe and some reeds and a jet kit on it. you will be happy.
i am aware of how large the aftermarket is for those engines. but that wansn't the answer i was looking for. im looking for something with great power because i know that i will get about 40-50hp with the 200cc engine big bore kit ect ect. i want to know if i can stick something bigger than the 200cc engine. if someone can let me know and what they did it would be great.

yes you can. with tons of work. well what i ment to say is that it is so much work you really have to konw what you are doing to pull it off. pullie_b put a
yz400 motor in his blaster. i just saw a blaster on ebay the otherday with a yz490 motor in it. you should work with what you have. the aftermarket for the blaster is out of control. you can find anything you ever wanted for them, and its pretty cheap to mod.

How big can you go? same as anything else, depends on how much your willing to spend. Heck if the money is right I'll put a Big block 427 on it for ya
