Hmm... school dresscode opinion

lots of rich kids that get away with everything, emo fags, fags period, and like 5 fat people that change the lunch because they are fat. we cant have salt or anything fried. also we have something with chicken every day of the week. so yea sucks pretty much is the description of it

As somebody that supports those diet initiatives, I'm all for healthier lunches. I work off and on in cardiac rehab clinics and you would sh*t a brick at how many 30 and under patients we get in there......and pulmonary for that matter....from smoking, poor diet attributed to elevated cholesterol/sodium, and simply being lazy asses and never moving.

Don't forget jocks and male staff that grades females ridiculously easy.

I played football in HS and was an NHS member throughout HS.....our "jocks" typically got worse treatment than most other than the bottom level scum that were just white trash and did nothing but get in fights, be douches outside smoking to make themselves feel they were cool, and knock up bitches in middle schools. I can somewhat agree with the female treatment, but the reality of the matter is in a lot of cases, during, after....and basically always, females will get the benefit of the doubt and/or preferential treatment. With that said, there are instances where females don't get that. For example, if one of your HS cheerleaders whom you knew nothing about had the knowledge along the lines of Ken when it comes to Blaster engines, you would probably think she is full of BS and doesn't know anything, when in reality, she knows a hell of a lot.......you simply went into it with preconceived notions.

.....and let's face it.....you REALLY aren't doing it for the cause......you are doing it to try to get away with wearing a "I love boobies" shirt in school.....hence why you started the thread.

No, not true. You'd be surprised what I do to help out good causes. I donate money any chance I get, even if I can only afford $1, I figure it's better than nothing. I have done the March of Dimes 2 years in a row, I have volunteered my time to help out the community on multiple occasions. I planned to buy this shirt regardless and wanted to see if people thought it was right for a school to force a student to take it off when it is for a good cause.

Do you really enjoy making arguments with every topic? You call other people trolls when I believe you to be the biggest on the site. You have good information, LRD, but some threads can be left alone. Not saying my thread, thank you for your opinion, but there are many that can just be left alone.

If that is REALLY the case, then you should really have no issue switching the shirt and wearing a more tasteful pink breast cancer support shirt, relay for life shirt, or Komen cancer shirt, instead of a "I love boobies" shirt.

Hey man, I'm not going to convince you who I am, nor am I going to argue with you as that is, I'm sure, what you want.

I'll give you what you want. To be comforted, to make you feel accepted and superior. You're right man. Happy? I said it.

It isn't true, but it probably made you feel good. Don't bother replying to this, either, I'm done and won't acknowledge your response. ;)

"salt" as far as being allowed is perfectly fine. What concerns me more is how much "salt" is in the food already when it is served which is even more concerning to me. Not that it's a bad thing either. I'm sure most people would be all for some healthier California thin crust pizza that taste better and is healthier in most cases than "Tony's pizza" which is typically consistent of more hydrogenated ingredients, higher saturated fats, and higher in sodium.

I find it to be more of matter of being morally correct and abiding by the school policy and avoiding punishment from the school, but hey......do whatever.

LRD calm your self. just step away from this thread and let that be the end of it. you have just been a debbie downer. if thats the way the kid wants to express his way of showing support than so be it.

I see these shirts multiple times every day in school along with the bracelets. No one throws a fit. And we have extremely unhealthy lunches. I bring an apple, granola bar, and beef jerky to school for lunch and do my exercise routine after that. But if you wanna race, you have to work for it. =]

That's refreshing to hear. I didn't do that for the most part, but just ate the "healthiest" stuff we had provided to us, which wasn't too bad....we still ran off and stole the school truck and got better food though. :D In retrospect, I would of just packed better food and feel like a dumbass now for not doing so....unfortunately we did lack some forms of cooking food ourselves otherwise I would of.

Why do u have to be so negative bro? Some threads are for fun and u come in and start an argument, there's no point. 1 Post is all u needed if u didn't agree u didn't need to depict what everyone said in the thread. Were all human and have things we want to push to the limit. When we were young we protested the "man" too let him have his 5 min quit being a vag and tell him to go for it even though we know he shouldn't.

It's "negative" to keep the kid from getting into trouble? That's news to me.

Dude he's going to do it regardless, so why not give him some positive reinforcement? Have u done it? Did u get in trouble? Get spanked by sister Mary? I knew when he posted it he already had his mind made up about what he was going to do
