I've just bought this blaster last week it's 01 blaster200 bore 60 over but when putting around it's OK but hit power Band and it's wide open and like it's stuck wide open but throttle response is good tore all apart to see if I had air leaks but don't look like it just need some help with this

Welcome !!
Air leaks can't be seen except when doing a leakdown test with soapy water.

List any known mods and what jets you have in it.

You're saying that the throttle slide closes with a snap/click when you let off thumb lever ? (Engine off)

Did it do it when you looked at it, or is this a new/sudden issue ?

Make sure carb cap has a rubber gasket in it.

It's been a problem since I got it last week when I got it it was full rpm when you start it so I seen the carb was loose got it good and snug found a busted Reed bolt fixed that as far as rubber gasket I don't think it has one probably missing like other things

And now the rest of the story...........
Most likely leaking at the reed cage/intake manifold. What happens is bolts get overtightened which warps the cage, which causes a leak. . "Some" use rtv on the boot, I'm not a fan of that as rtv isn't really gasoline compatible. I would use Yammabond, Three bond, or even good old Permeates #2.

I don't know what kinda jets are in it or do I know alot about

Did that with some Three bond but I'm thinking it's the air filter boot it doesn't clamp very good keeps trying to slip off when I get it snug

Clean it with brake cleaner or laquer thinner so it's not"slippery"

OK so i got it to idle but if I give it a little throttle it still seems to be sticking a little bit riding it is a little better but still a sketchy ride as it kinda has a mind of its own I'm leaning towards the throttle cable and some gaskets on the engine
