high rev please help

just did topend rebuild now it idles real high i moved the needle to top grove from second to top, it act like it runs fine when choke pulled out, adjusting fuel and air screw does nothing, i cant find any air leaks, all clamps tight, please help me

Do a leak down test, sounds like you have a air leak somewhere.
