keep on calling and harrasing the hell out of them, paypal is sh*t. They are just a giant scam made by Ebay. They can get the money back. And from what i remember the person you send it too, has to have a paypal account also. So see if they can bring his name up. If you just quit then it is your fault just as much as it is Gaypals
