Help with 250R Shock

I got a 250r rear for my blaster, apparently it makes the back end abt 5 inches higher than stock...does anyone have any suggestions about lowering it a bit...ive heard of people fabbing up a bracket that lowers the bottom mount 1 inch but i cant find any pics, has anyone on here done this

well i also have a 250r rear and mine only raised the rear end about 3 inches?? and when u sit on it it goes back to the natural postion

Man that looks like exactly what im looking for...im not trying to make a drag bike or anything. Its gonna be a MX/XC Bike so i need all the stability i can get and i cant afford to have that rear sittin any higher than stock. I think that'll work great. I really appreciate th link.

get an SSD (Self sagging device) spring. It'll lower it when your not sitting on it, and will be compressed when you sit on it. 1 1/2" difference. It fixed some of the issues on my old blaster. Only thing you'll have to get 2 springs in order to make it work.
