if you re-jetted it with the air leak you need to start over. BUT it sounds like your jetting is way off to me.
only way to test for a airleak is a leakdown. don't ride it anymore unless you want to rebuild the topend again.
After you do ^^^^ suggestions Ohm all electrical, check grounds, switches, flywheel key. Do you have TORS or parking brake? Last would be try a known good cdi box.
i have tryed a different carb boot and that didnt do anything. and i do have the tors gone and the parking brake gone as well
