hey i was hoping somone could help me i need answers asap because i have a race soon. i weigh 130 and im 5'10 (im 15) what shock would be best for me? a yfz450, 400ex, or 250r? please reply because i need to be on the track in 2 weeks thanks!

400ex or the 250r shock is your best bet the 450 shock is hella longer
if you choose a 400ex shock get in touch with occonnerracing on here he has a bushing kit to make it a fast swap

400ex, hands down, easiest to swap, get the ken oconnor bushings, it'll be a half hour job!!!
i have both, a 450r on my bike(same as 400ex except offset rezzie), and a trx250r on my sons bike, i like my 400ex/450r shock better, and the 250r was way longer and sits higher even after i made different mounts

i know my 250r shock was simple, it only took me like 20 min to mount the hardest part was keeping to rear end up while removing/installing the shock. it really helps to have a friend present.
