head stud nuts backed off?

I was cleaning the blaster up and going over it getting readh for bad lands again and seen there was a little spooge on the bottom of my head so i look in and see where some spooge had sprayed out it appeared like the head was leaking so i grabbed the torque wrench and retorqued and some were as low 12lbs and for the life of me cant remember if i retorqued.any ways i retorqued and cleaned it with brake clean no leaks.

What are the chances of these backinv off over me not retorquing them?do the usually back off?

I could swear i retorqued but the more i think about it i dont remember.if i didnt retorque it think i did any damage?i immediately did a compression test after retorquing and running it to check for leaks and its still the same.i looked down inside the plug as well and besides being pig rich it looked good.

Im hoping i didnt do any damage and just forgot to retorque which is unlike me im rather tired of working on this thing instead of riding it.

Well that would give you an Airleak! which would run you lean, and could do damage but i guess it would all depend on how long you ran it like that. Do a Air Leakdown test.
