Hi my trinity exhaust headpipe doesnt seal right with the head of the motor. Everytime i start it, it blows smoke out the front ( a nice size cloud) n still out the back. I'm wondering how to seal it off, everything is connected n bolted where it should n even the spring on the front. Dont need it blowing up cause air getting pushed back into the engine

ya sounds like you didn't put the o-ring back.
and it really wont suck air in enough to blow it up.

Ya me n my buddies dad looked at it n there wasnt n oring of anything in there so i guess noone put one in but thanx for the info cept whats a copper rvt? lol

the o-ring goes between the jug and the bolt on manifold. then the header slides onto the manifold. most people still have leaks between the manifold and they header still(after installing the oring) because there is no seal of any sort made to go between the header and manifold. what i did was unravle one of the oring exaust gaskets(they are made up of a steel and lead layers wrapped around each other, it will pull apart like a slinky) I then used the lead part and wrapped it around the manifold afew times and jamed the header over it and put the springs back on. No leaks. one other guy on here used my advice also and it worked for him. some say the copper rtv(a liquid sealant you can get at any auto parts store) melts out pretty quickly. personaly I don't want to clean that s!#% off every time I pull my exaust. hope this helps
