the wife and i got approved for ahome loan today.. to the tune of 180k!!!!!!!!!!!! I:II:II:I

its kinda messed up how it works, its threw the usda, rural land development or something like that.... so we cant buy for 6 months but we are approved.. its just the way it works threw them,
we have two options.. build or buy pre existing home... land isnt cheap and nether is building, so were gonna try to go pre existing 3 bed room or 4 with a decent amount of land.. basicly enough We can ride our quads when ever we want.. shootin for enough land to built my own flat track and a few jumps

plus if we build we cant build agarage for 1 year... so existing seems to be the way to go.. and its nice cuz it has to be in the country!!! thats there rules.. and im fine with that!!




oh and we scored a nice 36? 38? inch rear projection tv today for 150 bucks!!

congrats....how much are houses out there in wi....here in cali you can get a small house on NO land (tack houses) for $180.00 and thats about it....anything better than that you are looking to spend 3-500 hundred thousand.

decent 3 bed rooms start around 80k here...

kinda depends on the location and style of the house.. id personally love a 4 bedroom ranch, i hate stares they suck when your drunk!!

if you live closer to say.. madison or millwakee or german town/mequon.. the prices go up... weree shootin for something 100kish house on some land

yeah fabb... its all about location!! min wage is 6.55 a hour right now, going up to 7.25, polverty level is 15k? or less... diff 'econimys'

Yeah my house with or without garages (I forget which) is worth 750-1,000 Hundred thou. So make sure you do a lot of looking before you decide to settle down!
