R140 000 is alot of money! thats $17 948! he says he has spent $25 641 on it.

Looks good, and I can believe $ 25K in work done, but there's no way he'll get that kind of asking price. Its a nice bike, but I'd give only around $ 4000.00 for one like that here in the States...
