FULL REBUILD 2000 blaster "with pix"

will i bought this blaster for 200 with a banshe axel no tires and sproket an some other missing parts but it is going

now i am having a problem just redid my top end .030 over and it is vary hard to tunr over an wont kick over ... sporket seal is bad leaks oil have to do bottom end i am sure but it is getting there

let me know what you think

did you do a leak down after rebuild? do you have correct jetting? did you plug chop to confirm jetting? did you get correct piston size?

the piston is the right size it was hard to turn over even when the head wasnt on ... i bought a new kicker and i wont even move it i have to put alot of force to turn it over via flywheel bolt i am thinking it was ran with no old for a while a killed the lower end barrings ... will be able to tell when i rip it donw this weekend

yeah it probably is lower end bearings or something wrong on the clutch side case !

ya i was thinking barrings i will have it apart soon i hope i can get this thing running another question is a banshee and blaster axel use the same sprocket hub

yes you can use a stock banshee axle , but ive heard problems with some stock brakes but unsure

i have the banshee axle i just need a sporcket hub and sporcket

you can use the blaster sprocket and hub , just was unsure of the brake setup !
