Front Sprocket loose..

Hello,

So I'm putting my blaster back together and when I put the front sprocket on it went on loose even when I tightened it as much as I could. I was wondering if that's normal? And if its not how do I properly put it on or is there something wrong? By the way its a new sprocket I'm putting on.

It is normal as far as I know. I never figured out why they made it like that, but it must be to help with sprocket alignment or something.
