Front Spocket (holder)

got my sprockets replaced there last week ,driving down the road last night and i find that the piece that holds the sprocket in is gone missing and i cant seem to find any of these parts anywhere any one suggestions on the name of this part or where i could get my hand on one
any replies would be very appreciated thanks

locktite is deinately required on them 2 bolts
i'm sure someone will chime in with one for ya
