front shocks/a-arms?

i reeeeeeeeaaaaaaally want rezzy shocks, liiiike yfz450 shocks. do i NEED to have wider a arms or do they bolt up and ill be good? i just need better suspension because we just made a 55ft double in our woods track and my buddies got kfx400, 400ex, and a raptor 660.... and up until we built this jump i was winnin lol but now im not sooo yeah lol lets just say 55ft gap+blaster suspension=cracked tailbone

pics or it didnt happen!! hahaa I:I. you wold need long travel a arms or a shock relocating kit to use the yfz's dude.

they can bolt right up. but your ball joints will not like the stress you will be putting on them.
the 450 shock is like 17" long. stock blaster is around 14.25" long. if you do want to use 450 shocks, you should get longer a-arms to reduce the stress on the ball joints. you dont want your ball joint breaking on you while you are jumping.

they will bolt up but not good for handling, we bought this quad from someone we raced against and he always crashed due to control

this us us back in the day and he was running a 240 with no bore72.50 left and 38mm carb and still couldn't pull the hole shot against my legal 200cc.

i had yfz triple rate works on my sons quad all summer....result = ball joints shot
the relocating kit from diamond j on ebay would work

lol maybe. but those kits are crappy imo. oyu be better off buy some good used shocks shocks made for the blaster. i am pretty sure a memeber is selling some good shocks on here. just look throught the marketplace

its not just for that jump, its for basically just mild mx 55ft is the biggest gap, tabletop iv ever done......
