I can't say for sure whether or not the silencers will interchange, but I know for a fact that the FMF flange will NOT work with a Toomey pipe. Reason being, FMF pipes slip on over the flange, whereas Toomey pipes use an 'O' ring to seal the pipe against a larger sized sealing surface on the flange. You can use universal pipe springs without a problem, but I'd get the genuine Toomey springs...at a buck each...to be sure you have the right length.
Toomey sells replacement flanges for the Blaster pipe. They're $ 50.00 + shipping.

How good of a deal did you find on the pipe? If it's $ 50.00 or less, I'd probably get it. That way, you've got about $ 100.00 tied up in the pipe + mounting, and all you need would be a new silencer. Even if you have to buy a new silencer from Toomey at $ 117.00 + shipping, you'll have a whole Toomey exhaust system for about $ 225.00. Fair enough deal, if you ask me.
