Finally got one!

Been on the forum researching for a few months but finally picked up a blaster today. $850 all stock 1998 except for the plastics being painted. Does have a clutch problem though, but the guy had a clutch kit and never got around to fixing it so I'll be able to do so hopefully. Tell me if the picture works.

That's exactly what I was thinking when I came across it! I looked it over well and couldn't find any rust. Sat in his garage and he definitely didn't use it much because it was covered in dust. It started up with a bit of ether. Definitely gonna do a big clean through tomorrow.

Thank you guys! Haha, I feel as if I'm going to fall into the modding trap... And I got the clutch working! I was very pleased. It sucks I've had it since Sunday and have yet to ride it because i'm waiting for an air filter I'm quite ready.

I just found an old twin air filter but im missing the cage and everything as well , I'll be using a K&N that i got when i bought my cheap parts quad
