F7 vs. LRD adjustable
anyone ever run both and thoughts on which pulls harder ???
and what adjustment does what on the LRD, whole way in vs. fully extended ???
extended for higher rev/more top end i think ???
just aquired a very clean LRD adjustable, i see the expansion of the pipe extends fatter way further back than my F7,
i have f7's on both my bikes now and luv them, but im gonna put the LRD on one of them, just not sure which one gets what,
my fully ported, 34mm, airboxed motor,
or my sons mildly cleaned up ports, stock carb/airbox bike ???
both have vf-3's and uni's
prolly gonna do a quick swap onto my bike, and do a heads up comparison between the 2, hard run on my F7, then the LRD asap for true feel

but thoughts/info appreciated

havent tried lrd on a blaster joe..have run them on 250 quadracers.i liked them alot! on the lt's shorter was more topend and longer was more lowend.i have heard the older adjustable style that you have is better, especially for modded engines than the new style that is non adjustable.

thanx matt, may get to swappin them out this weekend and report back my head to head findings

o and how come hudack was not infoumed about this other build hudack likes refuring to himself in athird person and he has a right to know about this build lol I:I

oh prolly just a little 4mil/200cc or la sleeve 240 build gonna happen next year sometime, as soon as i get used to all this power ken oconnor gave me now, i'll have him build me sumthin even more wicked

/\/\/\/\ possibly, but after seeing what freek is going thru, and myself having gone thru my share of pistons, the 240 pistons sounding like they're becoming scarce
and also havin ridin con8quest's 4mil/200cc bike, i'm liking the idea of cheap rebuilds

I think a 4mil/200cc with the perfect porting(i.e. Ken) will be more than enough to put a smile on your face.

/\/\/\/\ i think i'd have to agree with that, and prolly the way i'm leaning, think i'm gonna skip the 240 headaches

Will ya be runnin LRD for the wild ride??
I just put bigger tires on the blasty 21"s front and 22's rear, made a tool jug out of an aluminum oxy tank too. I know you don't bring tools but I always need something!!

very possibly be running the lrd for the ride, if i put it on and its even close to the pull of the f7 i'll prolly leave it on for a while ????
and no, i never take tools, i do my wrenching at home
