Here's the scoop, I have 2 sets of different rims with tires mounted for my Banshee build.
The front set my good friend Scott gave me which are very used gold stock shee rims- times are tight here, free is good thanks Scottie!
A while ago I bought a set of Ohtsu tires off Ebay for the Blasty.
They came mounted on stock silver Banshee rims for $73.
Well I never used them on the Blasty but they are perfect for the Banshee I have now.
I want them all to be gold which fits my oldschool theme Banshee build perfect.
I'm not taking the tires off, I'm not spending hours masking them either.
Clean your rims BY HAND with soap, water, and a sponge,
then wipe them down with a wax, oil, grease, remover.
I like to use a sponge for that too since it leaves no lint.
Let the air out of them, push down on the bead and run index cards around them.
Paint away with zero overspray.
I'll let the pics tell the whole story B)
Stock gold fronts
Stock silver rears
Clean and index cards put in
Sprayed
Dry and done!
