does anyone think this is fixable?

i am still new to the whole 2 stroke thing but i bought a blaster has fmf full exhaust and vforce reeds and had it was 40 started knocking.. when i started to tear it down and pulled the exhaust off i dumped aluminum chunks into my had. i took the head off and it looks like some one took an ice pick and beat the piston and head to death with it i was wondering i anyone thought i would need a new head or i could possibly get it fixed and reuse it.

sounds like you need a new head and a bore / hone and a piston kit .

that is detonation.
depending on the condition, you might just need a new piston and ring. you could fix the head.

take some pictures of the damage.

also after you rebuild it, find out the problem for the detonation. it will just happen again if you dont fix that problem. that was also the knocking you heard

The bearings on the crank are shot too tis got a lot of play to the left and right as well as up and down I will have pictures soon as I figure out how to shrink them down thanks for the help so far

Time for a rebuild my friend. If you need a head, I have one but yours can probably be repaired. Did the piston skirt break? If so, take a good look at the cases for damage.

I don't think the skirts did the piston was scared pretty good and discoloured and pitted really bad the cylinder is also got a little scaring is 60 over a safe boring ? And what jets would I need to use? I'm taking the head to be looked at in the morning

Time for a rebuild.Leaving any metal in the lower end is never a good thing.Let the machine shop rough bore it and then tell you what piston size to get,or send it to ken o' connor and let him do the deed.Phenominal service at great prices and fast turn around time.

Divits usually happen when the big end bearing starts comming apart. so you need to rebuild/replace the crank. if you go with a stroker crank you ca cut into the head for clearance and it will clean up the divots in the head. the other issue though is that at 60 over you are approaching the end of the bore life so if you get it ported for the added stroke, that is somehing to consider although you can have it resleeved or a big bore eventually.

when i got the casings apart a random ball bearing fell out.. have of the long flat things in the bottom of the connecting rod are gone

COMPLETE rebuild time. Still fixable tho. Good time to put in a stroker crank.
