Anyways,,

Does someone have any good links to a how to rewind your own generator.

75 watts aint guna get it and i think i can do this one myself...

So are there any good how tos anywhere,,,,,

You know, I haven't seen any how to's on rewinding a lighting coil but they don't look that difficult... Just a certain number of winds of a certain size wire should yield a certain amount of power.

There is a theoretical maximum of diminishing returns once you cannot impart enough magnetism into the windings anymore because of distance or the flywheel magnet strength. There's also the whole "room" issue, there's not a whole lot of space under a blaster flywheel to add many extra windings...

I say go for it, take LOTS of pictures, and then post back the results!
 
I would imagine if you need more than 75w it may be better to just move to a battery setup? I'm planning on going to a battery later on on mine.

was looking for a stator for a skidoo tundra II (R) for a friend and googled rewind stator and a bunch of how to's poped up lol
 
I think Phragl posted how he did it for his Blastersaurus for dune lights. Thou it's probably buried deep. searching the forum might take a while.
