400ex shock, banshee axle, stock blaster swingarm. I guess blowing craigslist up with wanted ads in different sections works. Got all these from 2 different people for 20$/Each.

Flywheel puller off ebay for 9.95$ shipped. Ill have engine totally apart this weekend.

One side of blaster back together.

Thanks. I spray painted it before i bought gloss black and brought home air gun from work. Its already chipped in some places from assembly. So before i get any further im gonna strip it down, sand, and paint it quick.

Bought a bunch of crap today on ebay.

Oil block off
New to me shift rod
Engine oil seal kit from Tusk
Banshee disk hub
400ex shock bushings from Wwholden

Mailman dropped off some parts today.

Tusk oil seal kit, Motion pro brake lever, Banshee brake hub.

Engine split apart. Gotta grab a puller from work to press crank out, then its shipping time! I knew top end had been rebuilt before, apparently they went into bottom end too, because that is high temp RTV silicone, pretty sure that isnt the yamabond from factory?

I used Gray1184 Threebond on my Cases And it Worked Great , Would Recommend to anyone , I used a Moose Gasket Set , Sorry to see that RTV Junk in your motor , BTW It looks like your Case Is broke where the Clutch spring Tab is , Maybe its just me ? .

Yea, it is broke. Doesn't effect use to where i would need new though.

Dimensions? Lol, i can't measure for sh*t! None are same length. Haha. My chop saw at work is f*cked too and doesn't cut square.

Lol, i was in a hurry and just threw it together. Honestly, its only good for when you need to remove the gear nuts inside. Other than that, its more of a pain.

Im using Hylomar racing formula universal gasket and sealant. Ive used it 3 times on my bike when i had to replace transmission. Works awesome.
