Diagnosis, loose carb cap, rattled loose by TORS brick. Leaking air past the slide. TORS strikes again!

Yeah I need to get rid of that stupid brick on mine. Shakes loose all the damn time. What was the metal from? Skirt?

Exhaust side skirt.

Fred is as i type shaking the piston remnants from your DMC.

Engine now on its way out to be put on the bench.

At least it didn't damage my new pipe? J/K hope there isn't too much damage. Looks like an excuse to send for a full KOR rebuild.

Progress, when oil issues froma crankcase when pressurised it is not good!

Slight detonation caused by TORS cap loose, blocked needle and seat and a young Aussie with a Colt Peacemaker.

Dirtysquareds customer service, $150 clean job on a $100 pipe, Aussie labour does not come cheap!

Next U.S. holiday you take Gerry, come see me. I can totally put you and your boy to work. I have a blaster to fix a deck to stain and a fence to install. LOL!

Fixed a door and a window, pulled the engines out of a Blaster and a Shee, nothing is beyond our expertise.

We can weld both metal and plastic, the only thing I will not do is windows, glass or Microsoft.
