just wanted to know the pros and cons is 1 more for mid range all round or bottom top or is 1 more for a big bore or sandard bore

well there are many differences... it basically all has to do with how it affects the powerband. right bend pipes are typically a mid to top end pipe and are better suited for big bores.. while left bend pipes are more low to mid range pipes (this is typical there are exceptions) and are for more stock bore cylinders. but the left bends do make some bb exhausts. so it all depends on your engine set up and your riding style what pipe you need to get

technically the bends have nothing to do with it, its the shape/contour/size of the cones and expansion chamber

my f7 hits fairly low and pulls hard through the top and its a right bend FWIW

yeh i was thinking on going with the f7 or the ct since i will be going stroker and high compesion piston or a 240 big bore still undesided on the engine

There are a lot of fundamental differences, however I don't necessarily see the benefit of running one or the other. Some differences are that I typically see bigger and longer expansion chambers on right bends and left bends have 2 extra bends which extends backpressure. There is a lot more too it. I've ridden a Toomey Blaster and it was a good pipe for a left bend.

I thought the right bend pipes kept some heat off the motor better because they don't cross in front of the head and cylinder, and the air don't blow across the pipe on to the motor as much..
