dg exhaust

all the dg has going for it is they sound good... dg silencers sound good in general.. BUT yes they gain little to now power on the blasters... as stated there a stock pipe minus the head sheild and baffeling inside..

dg pipes are good on alot of other machines but they dont do any good for a blaster, or banshees for that matter..

but there vintage pipes for the 70s and early 80s 2 strokes are nice pieces since thats the time frame they were designed lol

isnt that the same time frame blaster engines where designed lol.:D

I got a DG muffler for free with my used engine i just bought. And my blaster has a stock muffler with 2 cracks in the pipe before the muffler and instead of a small rubber coupler, about a 8 inch long rubber tube connects it to the pipe. lol.. So do you think its worth it to throw the DG muffler on and replace my broken stock one.

from what i get out of this post its good for 20 year old technology and thats what baster engines are so hell yaa use it. should run like a bat out of hell if whats been said is true lol

you guys are rough on here some of you guys are young enough to be my kids i'm not trying to sale crack i'm selling an exhaust wait and your saying that a stock exhaust is better then an aftermarket wow smart i been racing since 1984 half of you guys was swimming in your dads balls then lol

Simmer down Newbie, and I am NOT one of those kids. I was racing motocross in 1984 as well, New Egypt NJ and Englishtown, so what is your point?

If you have this said experience you should know the difference between a well built tuned header and a piece of ish, restrictive junk pipe designed way before the Blaster circuitry was figured out with what works well with tuning, and what does NOT.

2 facts:
1.) The DG aftermarket pipe for the blaster is a poorly designed(stock emulation) restrictive piece of ish, that is not worth even swapping, the bike runs better with the stock setup

2.) Runnin' your flap this early in the game is not gonna get ya ANYWHERE, here on BForum, by any means...

We are just trying to:
1.) Enlighten you with our rules and regulations, which are put in place for many reasons, and they are NOT bendable.
2.) educate you on what IS, as you obviously are not very familiar with the Blaster engine circuitry and what works well with a custom tune
3.) Keep our community safe and clear from scammers who just wanna rip and run, we see it all the time, just watching our "backs"
4.) Try and figure out why such an old Fart is pushing a CRAP pipe on a bunch of Blaster Einstein's, wether 16 or 61 I:I

As said, simmer down Newbie, there IS a place for you here, if you play by the rules, but so FAR you have a LONG way to go, good luck with that. ;)
