which ever pic you think is easier to use go right ahead.

I never made blue prints but I don't see why I couldn't give it a go. Post up more specs.

Give me a bit. I am going to use a different picture of a frame and put a ninja engine in it.

Extreme basic concept. Is this similar to your idea? Tell me what to change. Final version will be much cleaner and in a frame.

Well u need to know the specs of a pipe u can't just design a pipe and throw it on there, otherwise its not going to operate to its potential, just like anything else there is a reason they make different headers and piped for certain bikes. Just so u know.

all of the actual specs have been worked out with the shop. i just need what it would look like

You don't want to merge the two pipes that close to the exhaust ports unless it's absolutely necessary. You'll get scavenging problems because of back pressure.

2smoker's right. You want an over under pipe beside the engine (like a XR 400) for at least 8 pipe diameters and then merge if you have to. If you merge them closer the exhaust pressure from one cylinder will still be high in the collector when the other cylinder is trying to push it's exhaust out at higher RPM's. It'll limit the upper end of the HP (which is where a street bike motor shines).

i'm gonna say this is best done right on the bike, not from a drawing/specs
then hope it fits

i would do 2 seperate pipes the whole way. maybe turn one to the left and one to the right. kind of like a banshee. then run down both sides. maybe take some wire with it in the frame and bend it to the shape of where the pipe would run?
