so i have the breather line ran down the back of the engine between the rear mount and swing arm, and the breather drips oil after riding. its slow, almost unnoticable; itll maybe lose a teaspon over night.

should i just route the breather higher up on the bike? and btw the trans is not overfilled, its actually low:/

thinking mabe the reason the line was up by the stearing stem in the first place was to keep water and dirt out of the transmission and of course keep the oil from leaking out

the other thing that can and is probably happening is a siphoning effect. If the vent hose is too low and you have the bike a steep angle, the tranny oil can get up into the vent hose and then when you lay the bike down flat again, it starts a siphon of what ever got trapped in the hose. Route the house end up higher.
