I know that the Banshee owners all say HD clutch with steels like a Tusk. But what about the Blaster does it really need that extra weight and stiff clutch pull ? Since the Blaster has a heavy flywheel , I don't think it needs the extra weight . Any suggestions for regular clutch plates and alum drive plates? Stock or Aftermarket.

depends on the state of tune, for 30+ HP, i highly suggest a good clutch and heavier springs

Almost all good clutch plate companies use the extra plate and omit the spring washer. You can do the same to stock plates by adding an extra plate and omit the spring washer.
yep, includes both fibers, the thinner one if you want to continue using that stock setup,
and a full size steel and fiber to get rid of that stock wave washer/1/2 fiber rubbish.

Got it , will keep in mind for the "other" engine. Need to find one for my stocker in the Blaster ...any suggestions ?

Ok, it was Cascade Lakes Motorsports thru E-Bay listing....Ive ordered thru Bussiness sites about $1,500 parts in the last month.
Once you get over 30hp the stock clutch doesn't hold up very well. Besides plates and steels (I wouldn't even consider aluminum, too much wear, slip and oil contamination) you want to think about your gear oil. Type "F" auto transmission fluid grabs and holds as good as anything. Dextron ATF or Motul gear oil are good choices too. If you are using engine oil or thick gearbox oil you are asking for clutch slippage if you are making any hp at all.
