I needed to adjust my clutch so i loosed that center bolt that is attached to what seeems to be a pushrod. After this I tightened it up and now when i pull the clutch cable nothing happens. I bought the bike with no oil at all in the trans but it was not running. My questeion is what happened to make the cable not do anything when I pull it. Also should I clean the clutch plates or anything before adding oil and adjusting? Does anybody have a detailed link with pics showing this process?

sounds like you over adjusted the internal rod.
there is a procedure, not just tighten it < thats holding the pressure plate off the clutch discs, resulting on no power transferred to the transmission.
