clutch help

Do u resoak the clutches each time u put them in or is it just the first time u install them should I resoak the old ones in atf if I put them back in

yep line the dot on the basket with the dot on the pressure plate and tork them springs down correctly and flush the sys once if your paranoid. I use 10w-40 amsoil motorcycle oil.

Aight ill make sure u get them lined up I was just paranoid cause it would just stay in the powerband in 5&6. Just seemed like it was a polaris how they rev out if that makes since to anybody lol didnt know if that was normal behavior or not on these things

Well I got clocked at 61 so I imagine im running factory gears its got bigger tires on it too im not sure how to explain it exactly but if I got it in 5th and half throttle I can put it in 6 and full throttle id be on the top of the powerband

Probably slipping because of the missing bolt/spring, that's 20% of your "holding" power right there, not to mention that it's also uneven pressure.

Yea I put it back together and squeezed the clutch and it pulls out on one side I ordered one off ebay just time to play the waiting game
