The 2 bearings that work the clutch are rusty and the one on the inside is falling apart. How do I remove them and where do I get new ones?

You can try to heat the case up around the bearings to expand the case and it should just fall out, however when I did mine I had to bring it to a local shop because it had lock tight n I needed a blind side bearing puller n her put it on a hot plate then hit it with the torch before it would pop out with the pulled, great thing was he only charged me 10 bucks to do it

you talking about the needle roller that the clutch paddle shaft operates through? Mine had worn the shaft itself and so there was no point replacing the bearing, What I did was have a brass bushing machined. That was 5 years ago, still going strong.
