thanks blaster. I just got it changed out with the cover that was on and found out that the old one was JB welded and it was done horribly wrong. Glad I caught it now.

here she is on the bike. just need to shoot some paint on it. but motor is getting disassembled this winter so it will get done then

ok BF....I ran it through a heat cycle. lexan held up find. it didn't melt or distort. I do have a slight leak but it didn't even drip through out the night. so its a very slight leak. still going to take it back of and do some slight mods to help seal it better.

Been a month since I put the clear cover on and so far so good. Had it out riding pretty hard about 10 times and its still holding up fine. Had a leak but I figured out that my screws weren't tight enough. Tightened them up and so far no leaks.

i still gotta get that clutch cover off my spare bottom end and get it sent out to ya.
i got really busy with work these last few weeks, but slowing down now....right in time for archery season :)
gonna try to get to it this week

just let me know Awk. Im in the middle of moving so I will have to get you my new address. Good thing is I will finally have a garage to work in.
