I am now making chromed radiator guards. The guards are made out of 13 guage chromed expanded steel. The steel is expanded 1/2 inch for maximum airflow. Mounting is quick and easy and takes less than 5 minutes. No parts need to be removed. The chroming not only adds to the look of the quad but it also aids in the shedding of mud off of the guard. The prevention of mud build up greatly decreases the chance of a dangerously blocked radiator that can result in the engine overheating. It can also stand up to many hits without denting. Most stock guards are plastic and flimsy and prone to breakage. Stop paying hundreds of dollars for replacement radiators! The York Racing radiator guard can save you $$$.
