cdi box??

My cdi box was fried and was wondering if there is a specific cdi that might give my blaster more power. Suggestions are greatly appreciated.

At first the plug barely got any fire so it took forever to start and I checked it yesterday and it wasn't getting fire at all. I got a tester and tested the coil and wasn't getting fire so then I checked the cdi and it was just fried so I'm going to buy one and if it doesn't fix it I'll buy the coil to

Best bang for the buck ( reasonable buck anyway ) is probably Rick's Motorsports CDI ! You can buy them on ebay for like $35 if I remember correctly.

im having problems with my blaster. its not making power. it just runs like crap and not burning all the gas. stators good,jetting is right on,tryed 3 diff spark plugs,no better yet.

Test the wiring, something could be shorted out

Well it could be the ground wire, the coil, or the cdi

Do you have a new coil? Unscrew your plug end off the coil wire. Cut 1/4 inch off the wire and screw it back on.

no.the mount thats welded to the frame is cracked.would that have anything to do with it?
