A stretched chain is notorious for grumbling, and complaining, especially if you are running it tight to take the slop out of it.

X-2 on the grease zerk. They put just enough grease in the bearings to keep them from rusting. X-2 on all other checks.

Have you been given the electronic form of the manual yet? Check some sigs, mine too, it will be there and it will tell you how to properly adjust the tension of the chain. Let us know what fixes the problem, kind of a way of closing out the thread.

problem solved guys! Thanks for the help. I took apart the carrier housing... And it had gone bad.. so I just replaces the sprocket & everything! Helps to have an extra blaster for just parts!

see i have the hardest time just tryna get mine loose from my axle i banged the threads and got a nut stuck on it. lol idk how the hell ima get it out and put it on my banshee axle...
