For those of you who know me, i always talk about modding my blaster, but i got no money. But when i do get some money, i want to buy a carb, prefferably a 36, 35, or 34. Because i plan to do some future mods, but im flustered because I don't want to pay for the high price of a keihin and I've heard bad things of the mikunis.

I have a 1997 blaster with a FMF pipe. I put a twist throttle on it and now it wont idel? It will run with the choke on but wants to die with the choke off?
What did I do wrong?

it sounds like a simple adjustment issue
there is a tightener on the throttles, the one on the twist throttle is simply looser.
look at the black rubber piece where the cable meets the piece on the throttle. pull it back and find the bolt the cable is attatched to, there is a nut holding it in place, loosen that and grab the cable bolt
loosen that, it should take the slack out of your throttle
if that doesnt work just simply turn up your idle screw
