carbon buildup on piston crown ?

Haha I was thinking that I might have overlooked somethin little and obvious like that so I went back and checked everything and my exhaust is properly sealed, I sprayed all around my exhaust as well as what I rigged up for a plug, I sprayed the plug on my tester that goes into my reeds and found no bubbles anywhere. I also hooked the leakdown tester upto some pvc that I knew didn't leak and the tester held pressure so i don't think it has anything to with my plugs or the tester. Thanks for the input tho man.

it is most likely your clutch sie crank seal then, or im not sure if its been mentioned but it may be leaking between the case halves at the bottom of the motor and escaping to the atmosphere?

other than that, all I can suggest is your tester, or the pump you are usingm try pressurize, disconnect the pump and see if it still drops

Does it hold any pressure at all. When I was checking mine I had to keep pumping it to get enough pressure to make bubbles. The air was just coming out as fast as I pumped it. I didn't have a good enough seal at the exhaust.

I think I FINALLY found my leak, it sounds like my left side crank seal is leaking. I took off my flywheel cover the other day and assumed that if there was no oil in the cover or around the flywheel then that oil seal was good. I took off the flywheel cover today and was gonna spray around my flywheel with soapy water, as soon as I started pumping the bulb on my tester I could hear the air escaping from behind my flywheel ( left side crank seal. ) I'm gonna look tonight for a new seal, hopefully ill be able to buy individual oil seals but I'm pretty sure I'm gonna have to buy a pack/kit with all 7.
