Carb size?

My parts for my blaster will be here this weekend. Now i've got to locate a carb. The motor is a 240 big bore, with a 3mm stroker with port job . What carb will i enjoy most, 34mm pj keihin or the 35mm air striker. Also i've got pictures of my case that i powdered coated myself. How do i down size these to insert into my posts? Go with the 35mm airstryker if you can afford it. The 34's not bad, but the 35's a newer, better designed carb
