can't get carb to stop overflowing

I had my entire blaster ripped apart and when I put it back together the carb keeps overflowing out of the right side tube.I tried taking it apart and cleaning it,but it didn't work.

Give it a couple taps so the float can fall back down.

either that or its adjusted wrong.. you can check that by flipping the tube upside down next to it and see where it fills up to..

mine did that and it was the float. sometimes taking it apart you can bend it and cause it to do that. If you have a clymers manual or something similar the height specs for the float should be in there and then you can make sure its not set too high

or maybe the float valve is f*cked. or a contaminant is preventing the valve from closing all the way.
when you took the carb apart, did you spray out the valve?
if yes, then it's def just out of adjustment.
