I read that you have to compress the spring completely and then undo a clip or something? Can someone elaborate? And if I do this will the shock need to be reserviced? Thanks in advance.

Jammies New Member Jun 23, 2011 160 2 0 New York Nov 23, 2011 #8 I understand that is not servicing then. So I'm left with two questions: 1) How is it that you get the springs off? 2) Could I sandblast them (Springs off) without damaging anything?
