Broken

Maybe this particular CT cylinder yes. But not all big bores. I have ran 2 Blasters with 240 Vito's for MANY miles and not had much of a problem with either. No more problems with them than the stock bores. I have seen some CT cylinders running awesome for years and years. Either this is a rare occurrence with CT kits or their products are REALLY suffering now.

ok..... my argument will be "i don't have that much money to spend on a cylinder when mine is perfectly fine"

Ok so if you have a stock cylinder and can't afford a big bore kit then port the stock cylinder. Is that what you want to hear? I have no idea what your talking about here bud lol

i was saying i wont buy a BBK because its expensive, and unnecessary when i could just port my stock one and be about the same for HP

and we will drop it here as to not fill this thread up anymore

Im kinda hoping its ONLY a over torqued problem, and nothing else.

Both times i torqued down the CT cylinder i had to use this to get to the front stud nuts. >>> Motion Pro Torque Wrench Adaptor Motion Pro 08 0134 | eBay
To use that adapter properly you have to do your MATH right because of the extension leverage.

I have had this CT cylinder for 7 years, and cant give up on it now!! lol :-[

My 1st problem with this CT cylinder was the long stud bores breaking thru into the boysen port. CT racing told me it wont hurt anything because the washer and acorn nut will seal the stud hole. Then i told CT racing that the stud was to long and popped the top off of my acorn nut. This cylinder was DESIGNED with a washer and acorn nut to seal the stud holes because they knew that the long stud bores breaking thru into the boysen ports may be a problem.

My 2nd problem was getting a new piston. It took CT racing about 3 1/2 month to get me a piston and they skip a bore on my cylinder because they did not have any 72.25 pistons they only had 72.50 piston! I missed AWKS ride because of this!!!!!!!! X(

And now im going to miss AWKS ride again! :oX(:(:(:(:(:(:(

Thanks for the offer, I dont know what i doing yet! Im going to have to open up my motor first to see how bad it is before i decide on what im doing next. :-/
If i need a bottom end or something it would be nice to have another motor to start new with!
