Bogging down problem

The clutch over ride is part of the TORS system. I believe it was just a small 2 pin plug located within the TORS wires coming from the clutch lever. The bike I was working on was a 94 or 96 I believe though so it may be different on the older models. But I am just getting into the blasters and am in the process of re-building two of them. One for each of my kids.
