allright so quad wouldnt run when it did it would back fire sound terable so cleaned the gas the pit weiner and the jets checked the reeds checked the topend wouldnt run took it to cernics got it there guy said let me here it kicked it once started right up never sounded so good so took it home wouldnt start so i cleaned the gas tank and took it out today started first kick no choke I:I no runin problems nothing at all so i was doin some donuts and went to park it and it staled guys what wont start so i parked it got home from my girlfriends and figured id try and now it starts with a bakc fire here and there i need some help its been a headache so plez any ideas

to much gas or a fouled plug have u changed theplug in it?? or its both

th plugs fine it was acuatly just replaced not to long ago and i was told not enough gas and b4 i cleand the pitcock and gas tank the gas wouldnt flow when it was on on only on reseve so i thought i fixed it i was wrong

check to make sure that the flywheel key isn't sheared

allright dumb ? do u need a fly wheel puller to do that and would that make it run shut off run shut off so on and so on

then it has to be some thing to do with your time in witch could be your fly wheel key like brandoz28 said.

yes you need a flywheel puller. it could cause your backfiring problem. so could reeds or a bad lean problem

ya it could if it is broken due to the fact thats basicly your pick up for your spark from off the fly wheel
