Blasterr's First Rebuild

you can do it right on the quad. just unscrew the plastic ring until the spring is loose with the weight off the wheels. the big retainer washer at the bottom will flip up and come off. ez as pie

Just got my Dynoport exhaust in! Looks sweet, It has a ceramic coating so its not chrome but looks good!

Yeah, I have a 240 but im not sure if I want to rebuild it and get a port and polish and head mod or if I should sell it and get money for a stock and get the mods. Think a 240 is a big difference?

With some porting it can be! But only two down falls with 240 in my opinion, Pistons are very expensive, only have a few bores (which if you know how to jet and are meticulous on maintenance - really that could last quite a while!)

But just doesn't make sense to me to step up to a bbk- when I can get 8 bores out of a stock jug, That really should last a lifetime!

Yeah, i can jet it. Its on the stock bore, but only has like 2-3 left haha. might do i stock so I can sell it and get some cash, its not blown but if I redo it ill rebuild it
