blaster motor swap

were thinking about doing a motor swap with a 250 2 stroke water cooled dirtbike motor and i was wondering what motor would be the easiest to put in it with the least ammount of mods. and money becides a dt200

Sorry buddy, we digress ... I would say the YZ250, but the RM, CR, KX & KTM would all probably be about the same work/cost.

Don't misunderstand, it ain't all bad and it's usually exciting to ride. Our mudlites hook up great on our trails and the YZ is scary quick. Way too quick for my reflexes but it gives my heart a good workout.

I think this states how I feel about my hybrid as well.
Every ride gets the heart pounding. Instant wheelies anytime. Always leaning forward to keep the from down.
As fun as this is, it comes with instant danger as well. I often find myself going too darned fast into trouble.

I actually have a 300 kit ready to go on this engine if I wanted. I cannot find the need.
The 250 has all the power I can put to the ground.
