blaster is hot wired

ok so i am trying to figure out whats wrong with my cousins blaster year 2000

I know this bike is hot-wired and the bike used to run fine like this, however at this moment it WILL NOT TURN ON

question is:

any where on the forum teaching me how to reverse that and install an ignition or maybe just teaching in general how to hot wire a bike? or a helpful video about wiring.

make sure none of the black and black/white stripe wires are connected where the keyswitch or haldebar run switch are/were
you do not connect the wires to make it run, you leave them disconnected

the ignition is gone, but the 'run' switch is still there, this is complicated -_-

someone probabily removed the key and joined the 2 wires thinking it would "hot wire" it...when infact the reverse (disconnected wires) is what is required

Check to make sure the wires that went to the key switch aren't spliced together. Then unplug the kill switch on the handle bars. Try to start it, if it starts u have a faulty kill switch. Try this and get back to us.

thank you so much guys, i just disconnected the black wire from the black and white wire .... then it worked ,

offcourse there are other issues uncontrollable revving and bogging randomly, wont shut off, so i will look at other threads to refresh my memory,
